Currently, the feature to send customer statements using the mobile app is unavailable. However, you can use a browser on your phone or computer. Here's how:
From the left menu, select Sales, then Customers.
Check the boxes for the customers you want to send statements for.
Choose Create statements from the Action drop-down.
From the Statement Type drop-down, choose the customer statement type: (Balance Forward, Open Item, or Transaction Statement).
Set the date range and review customer's email address.
