I purchased a van 6 months before starting my business and want to record it as a fixed asset but dont know how to? can anyone help

Hello Yvonne, Thanks for your query on setting up a fixed asset. We've included a link on how to do that here You might want to also speak with your accountant. about accounting for depreciation if you need to depreciate the asset as well to confirm they are happy with that.
