I’m trying to link my business account, it’s a ANNA business account but it doesn’t appear when searching, how can I manually add this account to be linked?

We currently do not offer a live connection to this provider however you can raise a request for support for this bank by searching for the account and selecting 'Still can't find your bank?' and entering the URL on the following screen. 

To add your bank account manually, go to Accounting > New and select the appropriate account and detail type on the drop-down and then re-name under *Name. You can enter the opening balance of the account here if you have this. You can then download statements from your bank and import these as a CSV. file using our import tool.
