I want to list the outgoings and income for my new nutrition business manually - I've joined the basic package for sole traders - where do I find the page to do this?

Welcome to the Community page, 

So you can connect your bank account to Quickbooks and it will pull though your transactions for you then you can match or add the transactions in quickbooks. 

In order to match a transaction you would need to create a invocie or expense for example with the same information in order for it to show up as a match on the banking screen. 

If you do not want to connect your bank account up in Quickbooks then you can CSV the transactions into your account.
