In the audit log I want to be able to see emailed events but there is no option to look at emailed events on my system?

There is no way to filer the audit log to show emailed events only however if you filter the audit log to 'transactions' any email sent will show as 'Emailed (transaction type and no.)' with the timestamp this was sent.
