Is anyone else having problems running reports on products? The searches are coming up blank even though we know we have sold them.

We're sorry to hear you are not finding the searches are working for you in the modern view. What product reports is this happening with or is this when you search products in the report section? Does this happen for all users and does the same thing happen in a private browsing window? If so, could you provide a screenshot of an example of the search and what you see, so we can investigate this with our senior team. Thank you.
