For security reasons, we're unable to automatically sync Bank Feeds balances to third-party applications or websites. If you'd like to reflect this information to the other program, I highly recommend contacting API's support or reach out to our QuickBooks Developers Team.
You can find help and support on the Intuit Developer website or by getting in touch at IntuitDeveloperRelations@intuit.com. Those two sources are your best options for getting help for this scenario.
