Is it possible to show different account names for sales in the P & L report, not just lumped as sales, how do I show different account names?

As long as you have sales transactions associated with the income accounts that you want to show on the report, it's possible. This means you use them on your items in your sales transactions. Also, when you run your Profit and Loss report, please be sure expand the accounts, so you can see them all including the sub-accounts.
