Missing Figures in Tax Summary, Transaction Reports and Profit & Loss.

I'm experiencing an issue with missing figures in my tax summary, transaction reports and profit and loss report. The figures for my business turnover and expenses in various categories are completely inaccurate as a result.

 

I raised the issue with QB support and they fixed it once for one category (Car, van and travel expenses), where there were 3 missing transactions in the reports. But now I can see it's happening all over the place.

 

To be clear, all transactions have been imported and categorised correctly from my bank accounts, but some of them just don't show in the reports. This is making me very nervous about QB's reliability, especially with MTD round the corner.

 

I'm in the process of receiving support from QB, but I'd be interested to hear if anyone else has been experiencing the same issue. If not, double check your reports and see if they match your bank transactions! If there's only a few missing, it'd be very easy for them to go unnoticed.
