My credit card balance shows a figure and states updated x hours ago, but it appears that the figure shown is my credit card limit, not my actual balance

Can you share with me the name of your bank with the incorrect credit card balance? Any additional information you can add will help ensure a timely solution.

Please know that there are two types of bank feeds when connecting your account. The troubleshooting steps will depend if you're using the Standard or Direct feed connection in QuickBooks Online.
