Open balances disappeared

Hello Debbie Jones, thanks for posting on the Community page,  we would recommend that you follow this article first and if you have any issues you can reach out to MMB here. Also when you go to reconcile, it won't show an opening balance as bank recs do not migrate, so it would be 0.
