Please can someone advise me how do I get June bank statement to quickbooks ? Bank have sent me July + August but need June for VAT quarter ?

We can upload the bank statements manually. I'll help you get this done.

Please prepare the .QBO or .CSV file for your bank statements. Then, follow these steps: 

1. Go to Banking.
2. Select File upload.
3. Click on Browse. 
4. Choose the file and click on Next.
5. Choose the bank account.
6. Map the fields.
7. Click on Next and continue until you're able to upload the file.

Once done, bank transactions will be tagged as pending in the For Review tab. You can now start manually adding or matching them. 

Adding bank transactions means you're putting them directly to your registers (no records). While matching them means you're need to match them to the recorded transactions.
