My invoices are not transferirng to my profit report for the last tax year and this tax year on my self employed account. How do I fix this?

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

So with the Self-employed product, the invoices section is just for your reference only, it is not linked to anything else in the account. The information comes from the transactions page which affects your profit report.
