Reports - Profit and loss by customer, apparently you can add percentages - unfortunately mine does not show columns rows in customise? can anyone help please.

You can add percentage calculations to the Profit and Loss by Customer report using the compare options in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Stephen.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Reports section.
2. Search for and open the Profit and Loss by Customer report.
3. Click the Compare button located in the top right corner.
4. Check the boxes for the percentage options you want, such as:
  - % of Income to display each line item as a percentage of Total Income.
5. Click Save As to apply the changes.

If you do not see the compare option after following these steps, I recommend logging out of your account to determine if the issue is with the system.
