Hello, Rethink2. Let's collaborate to resolve the issue of your duplicated transactions in your Profit and Loss statement to ensure you have accurate tracking of your sales and expenses.

To start, I suggest reviewing your Profit and Loss statement. You can click the amounts shown in the report to view the detailed transactions. You need to check it so that you can determine which account is correct and then delete the duplicate one. You can also run a Transaction Detail Report to see how the transactions were recorded and which account was used to verify if there are incorrect categorization or duplicate entries.

Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to Transactions and select Chart of accounts.
  2. Locate the account you'd like to edit.
  3. Select Account history.
  4. Select the transaction you'd like to edit.
  5. Then you can make changes to all available fields and select either Delete, Edit, Cancel, or Save.

If you have additional concerns regarding duplicate transactions, please don’t hesitate to click the Reply button.
