When I run a sales report for the last quarter, Euro sales are coming up with a different GBP value than that showing on the invoice. Is there a reason for that?

The reports will show the GBP amount of the sale, you can also include the actual price/sales price by ensuring the option is selected. Select the small cog/gear icon located to the right of the printer and export icon above the amount and balance > Show more > select sales price.
