Hi, if I looked at a customer or supplier's transactions I could see when a journal had been processed, now I cannot see the journals and cannot reconcile a customer or supplier account.

Sometimes, missing functionalities can be caused by a browser-related issue. Let's do some troubleshooting steps to fix this.
Here's how:
Open an incognito or private browser and log in to your QuickBooks account. This prevents browsing history from being stored.
Go to the customer or supplier section and open the transaction to see if the transaction journal option show up.
If you see the option, then we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This helps improve your browser's settings and functionalities.
Alternatively, open a different browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari to identify if you have the same issue.
