Let’s try to run your VAT liability report then look for EC purchases. Here’s how:

1. Go to Reports from the left menu. 
2. Type in VAT Liability Report on the search box. 
3. Set the dates involve. 
4. Click Run Report. 

You might also check standard purchases and check each transactions. If you’re still unable to find it, I’d recommend contacting the support team. They have extra tools to help you investigate the issue further. Here’s how to reach them:

1. Click Help at the top. 
2. Select Contact us.
