Please ensure that your account is set up correctly to allow customers to pay their invoices online.
To change your payment options on your invoices, follow these steps:
1. Go to Settings and click on Account and Settings.
2. Select the Sales tab. Under Invoice Payments, click on Edit and choose the payment options you want. You can also add Payment instructions that will appear on all invoices, even if you use different templates.
5. Click Save to save your changes. Finally, pick on Done to exit the settings menu.
