I can help ensure your contractors will reflect on your Team Members list in QuickBooks (QB) Time, ejm-iron. Allow me to show you how.
To begin with, let's set up your QuickBooks Online Payroll Integration Preferences accordingly. Then, import your QBO data and information to QB Time afterward:
Open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and click the Time menu.
Select Go to classic QuickBooks Time option.
Navigate to the QuickBooks Payroll menu and choose Preferences.
From the Other Options section, ensure that the Import contractors as team members portion is enabled.
Following that, go back to the QuickBooks Payroll menu and click Import.
Double-check if your contractors are now visible in the My Team menu.
If the contractors are still missing, let's set the filters on the My Team menu on QB time to All. Doing so will make all your team members visible on the list.
Go to the My Team menu.
Select Contractors from the View dropdown.
Click the Filter icon. Then, pick All as the filter for both the Group and Last Activity fields.
