Anyone else suddenly lost Tags feature?

As of yesterday 7/24/2026, I have suddenly lost the ability to tag transactions. The tags field has disappeared from expenses and invoices and Tags is no longer listed under Lists. Per QBO articles, the tags feature will be ended in 2028 since I’ve been active user of it for many years. I use it to pull job specific profit and loss reports (which custom fields sadly lacks). It’s almost as if someone behind the scenes just turned the feature off for my account. I contacted support yesterday and after a massive long waste of time, I was basically told that since no one else has reported this problem, they won’t investigate it. What? Great customer service. Anyone else experience this sudden loss of the tags feature??
