Can I add earlier earnings and expenses than what Quickbook shows (May 2023)? My business checking and business credit cards have been in use since February 2023.

Good day! nkamanym. You can add your earlier earnings and expenses to your QuickBooks checking and business credit card. 

You can import your transactions into QuickBooks Online using a CSV file or manually upload them. You can follow these steps to add those transactions successfully. 

1. Pick a start date.
2. Get transactions from your bank.
3. Review the file format and size.
4. Manually upload the transactions
5. Categorize the transactions
6. Reconcile the transactions.
