Can I change the "Shipping Address" to read Job location?

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), modifying the Shipping Address to the Job location in any sales forms isn't possible. I recommend sending Feedback as I recognize the importance of this feature for your business. Our Product Development team will carefully consider and deliberate this option to guarantee that our software effectively fulfills your business needs.

The steps for submitting a feature recommendation are as follows:

1. Click the Gear icon ⚙️  at the top, then tap Feedback.
2. Indicate your comments or suggestions.
3. Then select Next to submit Feedback.

Track your feature recommendations in QuickBooks Online through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests webpage. Moreover, for the most recent QuickBooks update information, you can consult this article: What's new in QuickBooks?

As a workaround, we utilize the Custom Field feature and create a Job location tab, where you can put the details you want.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear Icon ⚙️ , then choose Custom fields under lists.
2. Click Add Fields.
3. Enter the Name and select to which form types will be applied.
4. Once done, click Save.
