Can I generate a statement for a customer that has multiple projects going on showing only one project and not all of them at once?

Currently, we're unable to customize statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO). That said, there is no option to display only one project belonging to a customer.

As a workaround, we can run and customize the Transaction List by Customer report to show the project's open balance. Here's how:

1. Go to Reports and search Transaction List by Customer.
2. Click Customize.
3. Set the Report period.
4. From the Filter section, select the project in the Customer dropdown.
5. In the A/R Paid dropdown, select Unpaid.
6. Click Run report.
