can I generate budget execution reports in the projects option?

Welcome to the Community. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), only tabular reports are available for comparing planned (budgeted) versus actual income and expenses. You can find this in the Reports section under Budget vs. Actuals.

1. Go to Reports on the left navigation.
2. Choose Standard reports.
3. In the search bar, select Budget vs. Actuals.
4. In the report period, choose Custom.
5. Edit the date range to include the specific month.
6. Click Run report.

If you need budget execution reports with charts and detailed tracking linked to your projects, consider using third-party apps that integrate with QBO.
