QuickBooks Online's (QBO) support is based on the region of your subscription. If your account is set up for a specific country (like the US or Canada), the accepted address will be exclusive to that region. As a result, it cannot be changed after account creation.
For example, if the availed subscription is within the US, therefore it is only applicable within the US range.
