I'll provide information that can help you regarding receiving payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Ronald.

Establishing a QuickBooks Payments account necessitates the provision of a Social Security Number (SSN). This requirement arises from the fact that QuickBooks Payments is tailored for the US market, making the inclusion of an SSN an essential step in the setup process. Otherwise, you can process the payments outside and then manually record them in QuickBooks Online. You also visit our app market to search for a third-party payment provider.

In addition, here's an article that you can read to help personalize the sales forms that you send to your customers: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if this helps with your concern about receiving payments. I'm always here if you need me. Have a beautiful day.

If you are B2B, you can use EIN or ITIN to integrate a 3rd party payment processor with QBO.
