created a supplier custom field called Sku Status to mark each supplier as Active or Lost but AP Ageing Summary report only lets filter by Supplier name and Location

Currently, the A/P Summary report is designed for a quick overview and has a fixed set of filters. If you need to filter by the 'Live Properties' field, the A/P Ageing Detail report is the appropriate tool, as it offers the flexibility to view your custom field.

Here's how:

1. Run your A/P Ageing Summary report.
2. Click on a supplier's name within the report.
3. This will take you directly into the A/P Ageing Detail report for that supplier.
4. From there, you can customize the report, and your custom field filter will be available.
5. First, click the Report period filter to select the date. Then click Customise.
6. Under Filters, choose Filter by and add a condition that includes your supplier.
7. Next, scroll down to the Columns section, find Select columns to add to the report, and select your "Live Properties" custom field.
8. After setting up your filter, click Apply changes.
