We can perform basic troubleshooting steps since this may be due to a web browser issue, Roisy.

A custom report may not export to Excel in QuickBooks Online (QBO) due to browser-related issues, such as a full cache or problems with the Excel application itself, including an outdated or incompatible version. Other reasons include an error in the report’s data and insufficient system resources for large reports.

I recommend clearing your cache, as outdated stored files can sometimes interfere with how QuickBooks displays data. Clearing the cache will prompt your browser to download the latest files, which can help resolve any conflicts. You can also consider using a different supported browser to rule out any browser-specific issues that might be affecting the reconfirmation process.

Make sure that both your QBO software and Microsoft Excel are updated to the latest versions.
