I’m here to guide you on how you can get in touch with the TurboTax support team.

 

If you're using TurboTax Online:

 

  1. Log in to your TurboTax account.
  2. Once you're in, type Contact Us in the Search bar.
  3. Choose the Contact Us button from the results.
  4. Click the pencil icon to type your question, then tap Let's Talk.
  5. You then choose between:
  • Posting your question to our community of experts (Post a question)
  • Talking one-on-one with a live TurboTax Expert or CPA (Get a call)

While we can't provide a direct phone number, you can connect with our live support team to process your request in QuickBooks Online.

 

You can initiate a refund request by following these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) menu. In the top-right corner of your dashboard.


     
  2. Search for a topic. Type, refund, or contact support in the search bar.
  3. Find the Contact Us button. This button will be at the bottom of the help menu.


     
  4. Describe your issue.


     
  5. Connect with a live support agent. You will have the option to start a chat or request a callback from a live agent.

Please note that support availability depends on your subscription plan:

 

  • For Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start subscribers, live support is available Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM PT and on Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
  • Advanced subscribers can contact support 24/7.

You can get in touch with our Customer Care team while using QuickBooks.

 

Here's how:
 

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. In your top menu bar, go to Help, then QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
  3. Use the Search questions, keywords, or topics field to enter a question.
  4. After searching for something, select Contact Us.

 

They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment and help with any questions you may have. Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
