    I've got a way on how you can reach our Customer Care Support without getting a phone number, ekima.

     

    You can open this support hours link and contact us at a time convenient to you.

     

    Here's how:

    1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
    2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
    3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
    4. Select Start messaging or Get a callback.

    @Dumbone  If you read anything from this thread, you would already know that no one can or will call you back.  Follow the steps, already provided, or click the link here, to pick steps that are not for QBO.

    Sorry customer service that you can not get in touch and even worse,  log in and it won't accept your login.  Ordered update and the POS  gives a different license number.  Download then can't get Quickbooks on desktop to update.  I will change service company if this is not fixed.

    Since Community is a public space and we're unable to pull up your account. I suggest reaching out to our customer support team. They'll be able to access your account in a secure environment, conduct further research, and create an investigation ticket if necessary. 

      

    Here's how: 

     

    1. Click Help (?).  
    2. Tap Talk to a human.  
    3. Choose Talk to a human.  
    4. Enter your concern.  
    5. You can either select Get a callback or Message an agent to get a representative on the line.  

     

    You can also check this link for more details and ensure to review their Support hours so you’ll know when agents are available: QuickBooks Support.

    As a representative of QuickBooks, have you even bothered to check this? I know you'd like to believe this is the way, but over time QuickBooks tends to change their interface, and it doesn't often match what you "helpful" representatives offer as sound advice. Do us all a favor and just post the 800 number and have a human body pick up the phone and talk to your PAYING customers.
