Does it take a long time to withdraw money that’s been paid by an invoice?

When withdrawing money from an invoice in QuickBooks Online, the speed of the deposit depends on the payment type and product used.

We'll deposit your first set of payments (sometimes referred to as a batch) within 5 business days. These early deposits take a bit longer while we set up your account. Once we set up everything, we'll deposit customer payments much faster.

To check the current deposit speed, here's how:

1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Account and Settings.
2. Select the Payments tab.
3. Review the Deposit Speed section.
