I have create a custom fields call "Sales Representative". How to put "Sales Representative" in the filter field?

Please know that your created field won’t appear as a filter when you run a Profit and Loss report. Instead, you'll find it on the Transaction Report once you customize it.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In your Profit and Loss report, click on any amount next to an account category. For example, Sales or Sales of Product Income.
  2. This will open the Transaction Report. Then, click the Customise button.
  3. In the Columns dropdown, select your created custom field.
  4. If you wish to show only specific entries under that field, select your custom field from the Filter by dropdown.
  5. In Condition, choose Equals, and type the exact name of your custom field in the Value box.
  6. Click Apply changes to update your report.
