You can generate an Inventory Valuation Detail report to view all the transactions associated with your product, smallV8s.

The Audit trail report will only show you the activities done on your company file. To get historical data of your transactions per item, you can run this report as this will show you detailed information about the inventory items in your business.

To run this, here's how:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Desktop account.
  2. On the top menu bar, go to Reports.
  3. Navigate to Inventory, then select Inventory Valuation Detail.
  4. Once done, go to the Dates dropdown and customize this to your preference.
  5. After that, click Refresh.

You might want to check this article if you'd like to apply the same personalization settings to your reports: Create, access, and modify memorized reports.
