How do I change the billing rate in quickbooks time so that my invoices are correct?

Let me help you modify the billing rates of your customers.

First off, in the Approvals tab, you'll need to unapprove the report of your customer so you can edit their timesheets. Here's how:

1. Go to Approvals, then click the Approved tab.
2. Select a customer's report.
3. Click Unapprove.

You can now edit the billable rate of your customer in their timesheets. Let me guide you through the steps.

1. Go to Time entries, then select a team member you want to edit.
2. Click on the pencil icon to edit.
3. From there, go to Billable rate to edit the amount.
4. Once done, click Save.

Also, you can track and manage QuickBooks Time in QuickBooks Online. This way you can manage the time of your team members with ease.
