How do I modify the schedule for a scheduled report. I do not see Scheduled Reports or the Scheduled Report Center. I have Quickbooks Simple Start.

  3. Click the More actions dropdown (three dots) next to Export.
  4. Select the Schedule report.
  5. Adjust the settings (e.g., frequency, recipients, format), then click Save.

 

Please note that the Schedule report feature is limited to specific reports in QuickBooks Online and is not available for all. If you don’t see the scheduling option for a particular report, it may not support automated scheduling.

No. When I follow the steps provided, there are no options to modify an existing scheduled report (or workflow). It only offers to create a new workflow/scheduled report.

I appreciate your efforts for following the steps mentioned by my colleague above.

 

The reason why you're unable to modify an existing scheduled report in QuickBooks Online (QBO)  Simple Start is that this feature is only available in the higher-tier plans, such as Essentials, Plus, and Advanced.

 

Since you want to modify an existing scheduled report, you might want to consider upgrading to one of the higher QBO versions.
