How do I print a report with zero value sales orders?

We use sales orders with zero value to record registrations.

You can run either the Open Sales Order by Customer or Open Sales Order by Item reports and filter them before printing to show transactions that have zero values, Tom.

Here's how:

From the left panel navigation, go to Reports.
Choose the standard one. In the Search field, enter either of the reports I mentioned and click it.
Go to the Filter section. In the first three fields, place Rate, equals, and 0. Then, click + Add another filter and put Amount, equals, and 0.
Keep in mind that you can further customize based on your preferred display. Once done, move to the Print icon in the upper right corner beside the Export tab.
Select the Orientation, Scaling, and whether to display report headers on all pages. After that, click Print.
You will be directed to another window, and you will need to tick the Print icon again. Set the Destination, Pages, and Pages per sheet. Then Save.

The report provided by my colleague is still in the beta phase but will be soon be rolled out to everyone, Tom.

If you don't have yet the access to the Open Sales Order by Customer (Beta) or the Open Sales Order by Item (Beta) reports, we can use the Sales orders page as an alternative.

Here's how to access and filter sales orders:

Select Sales on the left menu and choose Sales orders.
Click Filter, then set your desired filters.
Click Apply.

This will display a list of sales orders based on your filters, including those with zero-dollar values. Please note that this is not a formal report. You can click Give Feedback to suggest adding options for running and printing sales order reports. Your input will be considered in the future updates.

Until the beta reports become available in your account, keep in mind that you're only able to print sales orders individually.

Click the drop-down arrow next to Edit of the sales order.
Or open the sales order, then click the drop-down arrow next to Save and close.
Select Print.
Choose the printer icon and proceed with the prompts.
