How do I pull a report showing my employee mailing addresses? Every report I can find only shows their home addresses.

I need to be able to develop a mailing list for my employees.

I'll share a workaround you could consider while generating this kind of report is unavailable, brothersfireinc.

In QuickBooks Online, the option to pull up report that has mailing address of employees is unavailable. However, you can review each employee profile in the Employee list.

Here’s the process:

Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
Go to Payroll menu and select Employees.
Select a specific employees to view the mailing address.

While this option is not available, I encourage you to submit product suggestions regarding with this.

You can perform the steps to send your feedback in QBO. Here’s how to do it:

Click the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
Enter your feedback Suggestion.
Press Next.
