You can see which bills are due without relying on the dashboard by going straight to your Bills list.
- Go to All apps, then Expenses & Bills, then Bills.
- Select the Unpaid tab.
Every bill on this tab shows whether it's due later, due soon, or overdue, so you can see what needs attention without any extra filtering.
If your bills come from Reminder-type recurring templates
Keep in mind a reminder isn't a bill yet. It's a prompt to create one on a schedule you set, for something like a bill whose amount changes each time. To review your reminders:
- Go to All apps, then Accounting, then Recurring transactions.
- Select the Reminder List to see all of your active reminders, or find one in the main list and select Use in the Action column to review its details and create the actual bill.
Once a reminder becomes a real bill, it moves onto the Unpaid tab, where you'll see its due status alongside all your other bills. Checking the Unpaid tab directly gives you a consistent view of what's actually due, regardless of how any dashboard widget happens to be displaying reminders at a given moment.
