How do I upload receipts of things I’ve bought if they were bought online without a business card?

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the QuickBooks Community for support. I hope you're having a great day so far. 

With QuickBooks Online you can upload your receipts through email, web, or mobile device. QuickBooks supports PDF,  JPEG, JPG, GIF, and PNG images. If you have a newer iPhone or iPad, your images might be in the HEIC format. You can convert HEIC images to a compatible format.

Feel free to email your receipt to QuickBooks Online. Our team will extract info from it and create a transaction for you to review.

If your receipt is saved to your computer as one of the supported formats, here's how you can upload it: 

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
2. Go to Transactions, then Receipts.
3. Select Upload from computer or Upload from Google Drive.
   Note: Each image or file should only contain a single receipt.
