How to remove customizations from a report, as Insights are not working.

Upgraded to get Insights on P&L and silly questions. Every time I pull my P&L that I have bookmarked, I am unable to use Insights because it informs me that it cannot run on a custom report, which is frustrating. However, Silly question: how can I run a P&L with no customizations?

I appreciate you for upgrading your subscription to access the insights in the Profit and Loss report, Netology.

 

The Insights feature in QuickBooks Online is specifically designed to work with the standard (un-customized) Profit and Loss (P&L) report. If you're currently using a customized version of the report, I recommend saving a new bookmark of the un-customized P&L report. This way, you can quickly access it whenever you need to use Insights.
