I found a bunch of missing transactions after going through three months of credit card statements. I have never had this issue before... anyone else experiencing this

I recommend first doing a manual bank update to bring over any missing transactions. This can be done by clicking the Update button in the top right of the banking screen.

If you're still noticing missing items in your account I suggest completing a bank reconciliation. During this process, you'll review your bank statements alongside your QuickBooks Online bank register, checking off each transaction that matches up. Any missing items can then be added manually.
