Hello there, Frank. Let me share information about credit card payments not reflected in your bank account.
Please know that for credit card payments, it'll take up to 1-2 banking days to reflect in your bank account. If you're new to QuickBooks Payments it'll take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account. You can check the transactions in the Merchant Service Center. Here's how:
Go to Settings and then Account and Settings.
Select the Payments tab and then select Manage Account. The Merchant Service Center opens. Note: Another way to check your transactions is to go directly to Intuit Merchant Services.
Go to Activity Reports, then Transactions.
Since 10 days have passed, we can verify if the payments are on hold. Intuit may put payments on hold to safeguard the interests of all parties involved in the payment process.
If you see “Withheld” in the METHOD column, the payment is on hold and we’re reviewing it.
If there’s an issue with the payment, we’ll notify you via email. It’ll go to the email address you used as your contact email when you signed up for QuickBooks Payments. If you can't locate the email in the primary inbox folder, check your spam and junk folder.
Then, if you still can't find it, you can contact our QuickBooks Payments support for further assistance. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment.
