I just signed up for the Plus plan but do NOT see the option to enter time and billable hours. When I click on Time it says "Check out pricing."

You can turn on the Allow time to be billable in the Account and Settings, Nathan. I'd be happy to help you through the steps to make this change.

The Time menu in your dashboard that says Check out pricing will open if you want to upgrade and integrate into QuickBooks Time. Since you want to enter time and billable hours, you can turn on this first in the Account and Settings. I'd guide you on how:

1. Select the Gear icon ⚙, then Account and settings.
2. Select the Time tab.
3. In the Timesheet section, select Edit ✎.
4. Turn on the Allow time to be billable setting. 
5. If you want your users to see their billable rate when they enter their time, select the Show billing rate to users entering time checkbox. You may want to leave this unchecked if you bill customers at a different hourly rate than you pay your employees and subcontractors.
6. Select Save, then select Done.

Once done, you can enter billable time through the Time tab and proceed to steps 3 and 4 in this article: Enter billable time by job in QuickBooks Online.
