This isn't the impression I want to leave you with. At this time, the only way to get in contact with our Customer Support Team is to go through the steps above and choose a service option. If you'd like to receive a call within 5 minutes, I recommend pressing Get a Callback, or you can select See available times to schedule a callback.
In the meantime, you can always check out our tutorials page. This page provides detailed videos to walk you through general features in QuickBooks Online.
I want to help ensure your payment goes through immediately and successfully, Trinad.
You mentioned that you're having trouble navigating. Could you please share the exact page you are on? Are you encountering any errors or prompts? With this information, I'll be able to provide you with an accurate solution.
If you're prompted to update your billing information, go directly to the Payment method section. Please keep in mind that our accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
When you're ready, follow these steps to update your billing information:
Sign in to your QuickBooks Online as the admin.
Select the Gear icon, then click Subscriptions and billing.
Navigate to the Payment method and choose Edit ✎. Here, you can:
Modify your existing payment setup for QuickBooks Online, including updating your credit card's expiration date, billing address, or account name.
Add a new payment method for QuickBooks Online billing.
Switch to a previously used payment method for QuickBooks Online billing.
Once you save your updates, you can view the current payment method on the Subscriptions and billing page.
If you're still unable to navigate your QuickBooks, perform browser troubleshooting to determine if a webpage prevents you from doing this task.
Begin accessing your QBO account using an incognito window to verify if you can go through this browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N
If this works well, go back to your usual browser, clear the cache, and access QuickBooks with a fresh start. If not, consider using other browsers.
If the issue persists, I suggest contacting QuickBooks Online support to review your account and find the root cause. Then, provide you with the fix.
