Incorrect reporting on Inventory Valuation Summary (and Inventory QTY Adjustments with no effect)

As of this week (10 Nov 2025), when I pull the Inventory Valuation Summary report, it gives incorrect and old information.  It is also missing the majority of our Inventory Items that I know we have in-stock, with positive QTYs.  I know for a fact that at least one item was deactivated / QTY zeroed out long ago, yet it appears again on the report with a positive QTY.

Alternatively, I can run the Product/Service List report which shows our Inventory Items and their respective QTYs, yet the QTYs reported there are also incorrect.  I looked into a couple of items with negative QTYs:  they both had Inventory QTY Adjustments done that gave them each a positive starting QTY.  Since then, there have only been customer sales invoices which reduced their QTY.  However, when running a history report for each item, only the customer sales show up, but not the Inventory QTY Adjustment (resulting in their negative QTY).  I can pull up the Inventory QTY Adjustment entry separately, to see that it does still exist in QB as it was entered, it's just as if it has no effect whatsoever.

I've tried logging in via Chrome, Firefox (clearing cache in both browsers) and the QB Online desktop app, and I get the same erroneous reporting.  It seems that no QTY figure can be trusted on any report since I get different numbers in different places.  I started a chat with a representative (and therefore have a case #), but have thus far not been able to get any answers or make progress towards a fix.
