I actually saw another post that was saying they were having issues with getting the app to work, as well. Of course everyone from QB is saying it's not the company's problem, so there is no fix until they figure out that it just may be an issue with the app.
OK Thanks! the online version is working fine, i just prefer the ap configuration. it had an issue a while ago where i could not revise customer accounts - but i could on the online version. Same response from QB said not them, our IT said is not us, has to be QB issue 😕😕 It cleared up after about 2 weeks or so. Hopefully this new issue will clear up soon as well.

Select RefreshData and click Refresh.
