Is it possible to automatically send statements to 50 particular customers on a certain day of the month?

I appreciate you reaching out, David. Currently, QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise 2024 doesn't have a built-in feature to automatically send statements to a group of customers on a specific day.
 
I acknowledge that having this kind of automation would help streamline your workflow. For this reason, I recommend sharing your suggestion with our product engineers.

Here's how:

1. Head over to the Help menu, then select the Send Feedback Online option.
2. Choose the Product Suggestion, and a pop-up window will appear. 
3. Type your feedback suggestion in the space provided.
4. Hit the Send Feedback button.

In the meantime, I recommend exploring third-party applications to automate this process. You can find a variety of options in our QuickBooks Desktop Marketplace.
