Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, rbmrllc. I'll share details about being unable to see submitted invoices on your QuickBooks Self-Employed. Let me also route you to our support team to assist you further on this matter.

The mentioned problem above has been recently tagged as an ongoing issue. Our product engineers are presently working to fix this as quickly as possible.

Then, I suggest contacting our QBSE Support Team so they can add you to our notification list. This will help our engineers determine the number of affected users. You'll also receive updates through email once the issue is resolved.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Help (?) icon and select Contact Us. If you’re using the QuickBooks Self-Employed app, click the + button and select Ask QB Assistant.
  2. Enter “talk to a human”, then choose Continue.
  3. Select which way you want to connect with us.

You can refer to this article for more information: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support.

Lastly, refer to this article if you need more information on how QBSE can help you record your self-employed income and expenses, track mileage, and prepare your Schedule C tax form: Overview of QuickBooks Self-Employed.

If you have a follow-up or other questions related to your invoices, please leave a reply in the comments section below. I'm still here to help you more, rbmrllc. Be safe always.

To help me narrow this down, could you share a few more details? Are you seeing an error message when you try to send the invoice, or are the emails simply not reaching your customers?

In the meantime, verify that your email address is correct and send a test invoice to yourself. If that goes through successfully, resend the transaction to your customer. You can track all open and completed invoices directly from your Invoice menu.

Please know that I'm just a reply away if you have any other questions.
