is there a place to report issues, pages / filters not loading properly or working properly

on the Sales by customer Detail report, when I go to the column filter. it's not giving me the normal filter choices to choose from, only the ones that are already being used. It keeps locking up as well when I try to close out.

Let's try some basic troubleshooting steps to get things running smoothly again. Such as clearing the cache from your browser. Web browsers collect cache to save time when loading repetitive data and images. Over time these files can become outdated and corrupted, causing issues like the one with your report. I'm including the links for all supported browsers that contain the steps to clear the cache below. 

 

 

Once you have cleared the cache, please make sure you restart your browser so the changes can take affect.

You can report this directly through the Feedback option in QuickBooks Online. Open the Gear icon, select Feedback, and describe the issue. This sends it straight to the product team.

 

For the column filter problem, try a few quick checks. Clear your browser cache, switch to a private window, or test another browser.

 

This usually fixes reports that stop showing the full filter list or freeze when closing. If it still happens, reach out to QBO Support so they can log it and check if it is part of a wider bug.
